The living room features a cathedral ceiling, a dormer with a half-round window, and a set of glass outward-swing patio doors. Natural light from the windows floods the interior creating a bright and airy space. The living room is also home to a small stainless steel fireplace that keeps the tiny house warm and cosy.

The bedroom can accommodate a queen-size bed. With storage cabinets under the bed and wall cabinets above, there’s no shortage of space for your belongings, books, and nick-knacks. The bedroom features a large operable window to provide plenty of natural light, and the ceiling joists have been left visible to create a warm atmosphere. The TV opposite the bed is of course optional.

The kitchen features a 2-burner cook-top, Belfast sink and an under-counter refrigerator. It contains both base and wall cabinets with additional storage above. With 2 large windows and a skylight, both natural lighting and ventilation are accounted for.

The bathroom is accessed by a bi-fold door at the rear of the kitchen. The bathroom contains a toilet, and 32-inch square shower. A variety of toilet types can be installed, including standard, RV, compost, and incinerating toilet. The bathroom can also accommodate a small sink if necessary.

Depending on your needs the loft can be used as an additional sleeping space, or for storage. It contains a skylight window and can be accessed by a set of ladders.

This tiny house can be built on a either a 20′ x 7′ utility trailer, or a 21′ x 7′ utility trailer.
